May 7, 2012: Storms popped up all over east-central Florida today, spawning lightning and downpours, but few retained any structure or isolation for long. Yet one storm in West Melbourne had a nice, rain-free base for a while, along with impressive lightning. The video shows its evolution. Share

Storms popped up all over the place today. This one was in the vicinity of Port St. John.

Looking west in Rockledge, another storm had inflow features.
