There was a lot of potential today, but not much focus for it. Therefore the "good" area I targeted in Kansas didn't really fire, but a big line of storms formed that I went to meet. Thanks to Cheryl Chang for nowcasting. Digital images.




Seen from west of Rush Center, Kansas, the storms looked pretty, with interesting structure, scudding clouds at the base, and a sunset peeking through. Digital images.
